the blue markings in the craters is either ice or the color that mars reflects

i think there is very little water down very deep and it is causing that jg blue
The blue landforms are probably were water used to be ,or it could be were there was water frozen over. Hk Blue 4-5 period
mw yellow the blue spots are water but it is frozen
